Dispatch & Logistics Operator

Bella&Bona is a fast-growing food-tech company running high-volume, time-critical daily operations .


Our logistics and dispatch flow is the backbone of the business - if execution fails, everything fails .


We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Dispatch & Logistics Operator with 1–2 years of experience who wants to operate at the core of daily operations.


This is not a desk job.


You will be on-site, on your feet, and directly involved in making sure hundreds of meals are delivered correctly and on time, every day.

Your mission

You ensure that daily operations run, move, and deliver - on time and without errors.


You are part of the execution layer that keeps the system stable under pressure.


What You Will Do

• Execute daily dispatch operations on-site
• Coordinate closely with drivers and kitchen teams
• Support route planning and adjust routes in real time
• Ensure all deliveries are correctly prepared, loaded, and dispatched
• Monitor order flow from production to final delivery
• Step into delivery routes when needed
• Identify and solve operational issues immediately
• Maintain structure and control in fast-moving situations
• Contribute to improving processes through hands-on execution

Your profile

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, delivery, or similar
• You are hands-on, fast, and reliable
• You prefer action over desk work
• You stay calm and effective under pressure and time constraints
• You take ownership — no excuses, no “not my job”
• You are comfortable being physically active throughout the day
• Driving License Class B (mandatory) — confident driving in the city
• English required; German is a plus

• You are looking for a typical 9–5 desk job
• You prefer structured environments with low variability
• You are not comfortable working under time pressure
• You avoid hands-on, operational work
