Overview of activities – Social media & content working student Central Europe Marketing
The working student supports the Central Europe Marketing team with a focus on Social Media, content localization and campaign execution.
The role is hands-on and operational, working closely with regional marketing managers and selected internal stakeholders to support visibility, awareness and campaign execution in the region
The role offers hands-on experience across core B2B marketing activities in a global AI & Automation SaaS environment.

Social Media
Actively support social media activities for UiPath in the CE region with a focus on LinkedIn.
Tasks include:
Support selected regional leaders with social media content ideation and planning and light content creation for LinkedIn – no full profile management
Help draft and create social media content such as texts, carousels, short video formats in close alignment with marketing plans for different media (LinkedIn, YouTube, different formats…)
Prepare and provide content for the Employee Advocacy platform to promote campaigns, events, PR and content assets
Maintain a simple social media content overview/calendar
Coordinate content inputs and approvals with regional marketing stakeholders
Track and report basic performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, clicks)
Content & Localization
Support the localization and adaptation of global marketing content for the Central European market.
Tasks include:
Review translated global campaign assets (landing pages, social posts, customer assets) for language quality, clarity and local relevance
Suggest adjustments to reflect regional context, messaging and tone better
Support creation of additional regional content elements where required (e.g. short copy, social snippets, campaign supporting posts)
Web Content Support
Support content updates and regional web content maintenance in collaboration with global teams.
Tasks include:
Update and maintain content on uipath.com/de based on defined guidelines and instructions
Perform first-level content reviews before publishing
Coordinate content changes with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, web team)
Campaign & Paid Media Support
Support regional and global campaigns with a focus on execution and content preparation.
Tasks include:
Assist with execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels (web, email, paid, social, events)
Support preparation and adaptation of creative assets for paid digital campaigns
Coordinate inputs and feedback with internal digital marketing and campaign teams
Help track campaign activities, deliverables and timelines
Reporting & Analytics
Support reporting and transparency across ongoing social media activities.
Tasks include:
Prepare simple reports and status updates for social media and campaigns
Collect performance data and present results in a structured format
Support the team with ad-hoc reporting and analyses as needed
What you'll bring to UiPath
Enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; French is a plus
Knowledge and experience with B2B Social Media, especially LinkedIn Communication and capable of writing posts for the region leaders and for employee advocacy
Digital Marketing knowledge, preferably B2B
Self-organized, structured, reliable and accountable working style
Strong interest in digital tools and B2B technologies
First experience with Hootsuite, CMS, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud & Document
Cloud, AI tools; Intent data tools like 6sense are a plus
