Key Responsibilities• Own DACH marketing strategy and execution across awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results• Partner with sales leadership to align marketing programs with business objectives• Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for strategic accounts• Manage regional marketing plans, reporting, and optimization• Execute events, tradeshows, and customer-facing programsQualificationsRequired• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM• Experience marketing to Industrial clients • Strong stakeholder management and sales partnership skills• Experience developing integrated multi-touch marketing programs• Experience with named-account ABM strategies• Willingness to travel and work independentlyPreferred• Experience with AI, cloud, data platform, or emerging technology solutionsWhy UsWe are Siemens:At Siemens Software, flexibility is how we work—hybrid by default, built on trust and autonomy. The applicable salary range for these locations is: 69,900 – 115,500.
