We are looking for an Account Manager, EMEA (m/f/d) to join our Sales team in Munich. Reporting to the Sales Director Europe & APAC, you will grow strategic customer accounts across EMEA, develop new business opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth through a consultative sales approach. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will develop and execute account plans for strategic customers across the EMEA regionYou will identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunitiesYou will build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholdersYou will create demand and promote the FRAMOS value proposition across your market segmentYou will manage opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from qualification to closeYou will grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and new business developmentYou will understand customer challenges and align FRAMOS solutions to their needsYou will collaborate closely with Field Application Engineers, Project Management, Product Management, Inside Sales, and other stakeholdersYou will monitor market trends and identify growth opportunitiesYou will negotiate commercial agreements and contractual termsYou will maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and CRM recordsYOUR PROFILEIn this role, you are likely to succeed if you have gained several years of sales experience in the distribution of electrical or technical products in a B2B environment, ideally in industrial imaging or within optics, sensors, or lenses.
