• Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, filing and correspondence
• Assist with basic invoice handling and maintain accurate administrative records
• Coordinate calendars, meetings and internal communication workflows
• Manage mail and deliveries, ensuring smooth handling of incoming and outgoing items
• Oversee office supplies by monitoring inventory and placing orders when needed
• Welcome visitors, manage registrations, issue badges and maintain visitor logs

• Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Clear, friendly communication style and a collaborative mindset
• Proactive, reliable and eager to learn new things
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and setting priorities
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools
• English at C1 level; German at B2 level or higher is a strong advantage
