Our client is one of the world's leading consumer electronics and display technology groups. They are now building their European presence for new BU from the ground up, starting in Germany — offering a genuine 0-to-1 opportunity to help shape the local operation from day one.

职位概览 | Role at a Glance

• 工作地点 | Location: 慕尼黑周边 (Munich area) · 初期远程，2027年办公室落地后转现场办公 (Remote to start, on-site once the office opens in 2027)
• 汇报对象 | Reports to: 深圳总部行政负责人 & 常驻德国的销售总监 (Administration Lead in Shenzhen HQ & Germany-based Sales Director)

工作内容 | What You'll Do

• 支持客户德国主体的成立与日常运营。 Support the setup and daily operation of our client's new German entity.
• 负责办公室寻访、筹建及供应商 / 房东对接。 Coordinate office search, setup, and vendor / landlord liaison.
• 主导核心人事工作：劳动合同、员工入职，并按德国劳动法规范对接税务 / 薪酬及相关政府机构。 Own core HR operations: employment contracts, onboarding, and coordination with tax / payroll and authorities under German labor law.
• 随团队扩张安排面试流程、支持新员工入职。 Arrange and support interview scheduling and candidate onboarding as the team grows.
• 成为打通深圳总部与欧洲本地团队的跨文化沟通桥梁。 Bridge communication between the Shenzhen HQ and the local European team.

任职要求 | What We're Looking For

• 具备扎实的人事实操经验——熟悉劳动合同、德国劳动法基础、薪酬/税务对接（需具备HR实务经验，非纯行政背景）。 Solid hands-on HR experience — employment contracts, German labor law basics, payroll / tax coordination — not a purely administrative background.
• 语言能力：中文（母语/流利）、英语（工作语言）、德语（B2，条件突出者可放宽至 B1）。 Languages: Mandarin Chinese (native / fluent), English (working level), German at B2 (B1 considered for otherwise outstanding candidates).
• 工作资格：持德国永居身份（由于首年通过 EOR 用工，需具备长期合法工作资格）。 Work authorization: Permanent residency in Germany (long-term right to work required, as year one is via EOR).
• 2–3 年相关经验；能够适应初创、跨文化环境并独立开展工作。 2–3 years of relevant experience; comfortable working independently in an early-stage, cross-cultural setup.
• 有在德中资企业工作经历者优先。 Prior experience at a Chinese company operating in Germany is a strong plus.
