YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You analyze commercial activities, manage the profitability of our sales and product areas, identify potential, and implement smart measures together with the team 
• You develop business cases that drive decisions – and provide management with clear action options 
• You actively shape our margin perspective and develop innovative and meaningful reports 
• You work closely with internal partners from various departments – and contribute to the holistic development of our business 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education  You have successfully completed a degree in business, economics, or a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Economics) 
• Professional Experience  You have at least three years of experience in Controlling 
• Working Style  You bring analytical thinking, a strong sense for numbers and economic interrelations – combined with pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach 
• Mindset  You’re driven to make progress, take ownership, and not just report on things – but actively shape them 
• Languages  You have excellent communication skills in both English and German, and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
