Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line operational support for IP network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and outages
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime
• Work closely with internal teams to improve network reliability and efficiency
• Support ongoing network improvements and upgrades

Skills/Must have:

• German language skills (minimum B level)
• Strong IP networking background
• Proven experience in operational engineering / 3rd line support
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure in a production environment

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Juniper or Nokia networking technologies
• Knowledge of firewalling, network automation, or DDoS mitigation
