You are empowered and thrive through uncertainty providing solutions based past experience.Your new roleProgram Strategy and Alignment: You translate business requirements into actionable programs and projects, while collaborating with IT, Business leaders and Allane stakeholdersGovernance and Oversight: You establish and enforcing program governance frameworks, ensuring programs comply with regulatory requirements, standards and internal policies, whilst monitoring projects, interdependencies and progressProgram Execution and Delivery Oversight: You provide oversight on planning, execution and delivery of IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesCommunication and Reporting: You act as the communicator of IT projects to Business sponsors and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations with transparencyChange Management: You support change management strategies to drive adoption of new projects across the Business and IT organizationYour strengthsExperienced in IT Project and Program Management: You have 10-15 years of professional experience in IT, ideally in car financing industry and at least 5 of them managing multiple projectsVisionary and Strategic Thinker: You drive strategic IT initiatives that align with business goalsAnalytical and Solution-Oriented: You thrive in identifying risks and opportunities, ensuring successful project deliveryClear Communicator: You effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders with ease and gain buy-in from diverse teamsProficient in Change Management: You design and implement strategies that drive adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless transitionsYour new workplaceYou are part of our IT Team at Allane SE and based in the greater Munich area.
