You shape the architecture, review code, and jump into implementation when it counts. You make the design calls, weigh build vs. buy, and are accountable for the technical directionYou review code and designs regularly to keep quality high, and you go hands-on when it counts: prototyping a spike, debugging a production incident, or picking up implementation work when it makes the differenceYou own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the platform, set priorities, make tradeoff calls, and stay accountable for the value deliveredYou run the agile cadence (stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews, retros), moderate technical discussions, and drive the team to clear decisions while keeping everyone focused and unblockedYou represent your users and turn their needs into platform capabilities and adoptionYou manage dependencies and risks and align an international set of stakeholdersYOUR SKILLS MATTEREngineering & Architecture You have built and shipped production software (ideally in Python and infrastructure-as-code), can still do it, and you design and evaluate platform architectures rather than delegating technical direction. You read an unfamiliar codebase comfortably, review a PR on its merits, and contribute a fix or prototype yourselfProduct Ownership You have a proven track record as a Tech Lead, Technical Product Owner, or Engineering Lead with real backlog and roadmap responsibility.
