• At least 1-2 years of on-the-job experience in an agency or company.
• A design-related background or education.
• A deep passion for details and dedication to achieving excellence in their work.
• The ability to understand the needs of clients and users, and translate that understanding into appealing products that align with the agency's vision.
• Good knowledge of design and prototyping software such as Figma, Framer or Webflow.
• A focus on delivering high-quality results within given deadlines.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work self-organized.
• A passion for design, interaction, and user experience.
• An open-minded approach to learning and developing your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
