What You’ll Do

You'll work directly with our Customer Success team and support us in the day-to-day around our customers. Specifically:

• Handle smaller platform configurations for our customers, for example adjustments to existing setups and templates.
• Support our reporting and look into customer requests: investigate topics, pin down causes and document them cleanly.
• Keep our templates and the customer-facing Help Center up to date, meaning you maintain, revise and add content.
• Take work off the CSM team on ongoing customer topics while learning a lot about SaaS and innovation management.

What You Bring

• You're an enrolled student, ideally with a link to business, (business) informatics, communications or a related field.
• Good German and English skills, since our customers and colleagues work in both languages.
• A basic technical understanding and the drive to get into a SaaS platform.
• A careful, structured way of working, especially when documenting and maintaining content.
• First contact with HTML and CSS is a plus, but not a must.

The Setup

• Working-student role with up to 20 hours per week during the lecture period.
