As our Service Operations Lead, you will build our entire service organization from the ground up, defining what world-class support means for the future of defense robotics.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a builder who thrives in a dynamic environment. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will own the end-to-end service strategy, from the people you hire to the processes and tools you implement. You won’t just run a team; you will create a cornerstone of the ARX Robotics mission.

What You’ll Build

• A high-performing, multi-disciplinary Service Operations team, shaping its culture and capabilities from day one.
• An end-to-end service strategy that aligns people, processes, and technology to deliver contracted services reliably and at scale.
• A scalable service infrastructure, including robust SLA frameworks, clear escalation paths, and effective incident management protocols.
• A data-driven culture of continuous improvement, where KPIs and analytics inform every decision.
• Seamless collaboration with Sales, Onboarding, R&D, and Production to ensure a cohesive customer experience across the entire product lifecycle.
• A centralized knowledge management system that captures, structures, and shares operational expertise, reducing dependencies and empowering the team.
• The trust and confidence of our customers by ensuring rapid response and resolution for all service inquiries and incidents.

What You Bring

• A degree in a relevant technical field (such as automotive engineering or robotics) or equivalent practical experience gained over 5+ years.
• Extensive background in service operations, support systems, or service delivery, ideally from the automotive, defense, aerospace, or industrial technology sectors.
• A proven ability to translate complex operational requirements into a reliable, scalable service delivery model.
• A proactive and structured approach to navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments with calm and effective leadership.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including hiring, managing, and developing operational or on-call support teams.
• Full professional fluency in both German and English is required to succeed in this role.
