The role is international and acting as a position on our Nemetschek Group level.In this highly visible role, you'll partner with business leaders, integration teams, and senior stakeholders to deliver seamless IT integrations that support growth, business continuity, and transformation.What You'll DoLead end-to-end IT integration activities across mergers, acquisitions, and post-merger integration programs.Drive integration planning and execution across Microsoft 365, identity, infrastructure, networks, applications, workplace technologies, and security.Act as the primary IT lead through due diligence, planning, execution, and stabilization.Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations, identity integrations, domain consolidations, and workplace modernization initiatives.Manage timelines, risks, budgets, governance, and stakeholder communications.Coordinate global teams, service providers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.Support the transition of acquired organizations into the global IT operating model.What We're Looking ForExperience leading IT workstreams within M&A, PMI, carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs.Proven success delivering complex global integration projects.Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Ability to influence across business and technology functions without direct authority.Experience managing multiple priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Technical UnderstandingYou do not need to be hands-on but should possess strong knowledge of:Microsoft 365Entra ID (Azure AD)Exchange OnlineTeams & SharePoint OnlineActive Directory & Hybrid IdentityEnterprise NetworkingIntune & AutopilotCloud Services & Modern Workplace TechnologiesNice to HaveExperience in software, technology, engineering, or professional services organizations.International M&A integration experience.PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or similar certifications.Why Join UsLead high-impact integration programs with executive visibility.Play a key role in the organization's growth strategy.Work across global teams and cultures.Shape the future technology landscape of a growing international business.Enjoy significant ownership, autonomy, and career growth opportunities.Interested in leading technology integrations that enable business growth?
