Your responsibilities
As (Senior) Business Development Manager (all genders) you will be part of an organization that is still in the process of being established. Use your knowledge to shape our Growth Unit and actively promote the company's growth. Your tasks include:
- Growth initiatives: development of outbound as well as inbound strategies, independent development of new customers - you know where to find prospects, when and how best to approach them!
- Networking: Building & contributing a business-relevant network - with your winning personality you can maintain and build both internal and external relationships.
- Market analysis: Benchmark, competitors, trends, digitalization - you have an eye on the digitalization market and recognize shifts, opportunities and risks at an early stage and adapt your strategy accordingly!
- Sales management: create pitches with real added value in the customer's value chain, finalize offers - you manage the project until it is handed over to an account manager.
We expect you to
Bring in what makes you special. This should include:
- You have proven success and methodological knowledge in the areas of sales, account management, project management, ideally in the digital consulting and agency environment or in a medium-sized service company.
- You have extensive experience in the development of new customers at many levels (specialist department, IT, C-level through to purchasing). You are experienced in marketing digital projects and products as well as digital consulting.
- You use your open personality, convincing presentation skills and moderation experience efficiently to convince prospects of Ray Sono and our portfolio.
- You have outstanding organizational and coordination skills and your approach is always well thought out and structured.
- Last but not least, you speak German at C2 level and English at least at C1 level.
