This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the market entry strategy, drive business development, and establish a sustainable client base, with potential for career advancement within the company.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute the market entry strategy for Germany, focusing on identifying growth opportunities in IT consulting for the banking and insurance sectors.Develop and manage a comprehensive sales funnel, driving business development activities to build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.Collaborate closely with the technical consulting teams to oversee service delivery, ensuring high-quality client engagements.Work alongside the CEO and team to develop and implement a localized business plan, including recruitment strategies to build a capable German team.Leverage existing client relationships and continue to expand the company’s network within the German market.Report directly to the CEO, maintaining open lines of communication on strategy, market insights, and growth progress.Requirements5-10 years of experience in IT market development and sales within the German market.Proven track record in business development, ideally within IT consulting, with a focus on building client relationships in the banking and insurance sectors.Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated to grow a new market and team.Ability to work independently, with an understanding of the German business environment and regulatory landscape.Proficiency in German and English.Additional Information:Contract: PermanentSalary: OpenLocation: Hybrid role with flexibility to work remotely and office presence in Frankfurt, Berlin, or MunichJob SummaryID: AB56BFA497Department: External - Commercial
