Your mission

Join Our Mission: "Clean Power for All" – as Junior Event Producer for EV Charging | European Focus

Are you passionate about sustainability and looking to take the next step in your marketing career within a fast-growing industry? Sungrow, a global leader in clean energy solutions, is seeking a motivated and creative Junior Marketing colleague to support our EV Charging business across Europe.
As part of our dynamic European marketing team, you’ll help elevate Sungrow’s brand and promote our cutting-edge EV charging solutions across diverse markets. This is a unique opportunity to grow your skills in digital marketing, content creation & event coordination —while contributing to a company with a purpose.

• Support Marketing with daily processes
• Support with planning and execution of events and exhibitions across EU
• Support the creation and development of promotional materials, including PowerPoint presentations for both digital and print channels, as well as events
• Assist with the logistics and distribution of event-related deliveries (exhibits, giveaways, etc.)
• Drive brand awareness through social media, with a strong focus on LinkedIn
• Maintain and regularly update our European website—ensuring event content is fresh, media-rich, and SEO-optimized
• Be onsite during events & ensure smooth execution

Your profile

All good, that sounded great right? Now let`s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you: 

• Graduatedc with a Bachelor or Master in Marketing / Communications or similar.
• Passion for clean energy and electric mobility & EV charging industry
• Digital pioneer - digital marketing is no rocket science for you.
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Creative and passionate person with upbeat spirit and “Yes, we can” mentality
• Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the cleantech industry.
• Fluency in English (German & other European languages are a plus)
• Familiarity with social media, CMS tools, and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
• Attention to details. You’re able to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture.
• Willing to travel to events across Germany as per business requirenments
