We are currently looking for a (Junior) Producer to join our team in Munich , focusing on the production of high-end video and photo content for our international clients. If you love storytelling, organizing shoots across borders, and want to grow in a creative, fast-paced environment - this role is for you.

Activities

What you can expect at lehof:

• Planning, coordination, and execution of international video and photo productions
• Direct collaboration with creatives, clients, and external production partners across multiple time zones
• Support in budgeting, scheduling, and on-set logistics for productions
• Travel for on-location shoots worldwide (depending on project)
• Ensuring smooth post-production workflows together with our in-house and external editors
• First-hand insights into integrated brand and campaign development

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• First professional experience (e.g. internships or 1-2 years) in production, media, content creation, or a comparable field
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Curiosity and interest in working across cultures and in international markets
• Willingness to travel and work on-site when needed
• A hands-on mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Basic knowledge of common Adobe Creative Cloud tools (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
