What you do

• Support in the administration and further development of our Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint)
• Collaboration on automating IT processes using the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Support in Identity & Access Management (user lifecycle, permissions, group structures in Microsoft Entra ID)
• Analysis, optimization, and documentation of existing IT structures and governance models
• Participation in IT support (1st & 2nd level) for internal users
• Support with network-related topics (firewall, Wi-Fi, switching)
• Collaboration on the further development of our security and compliance standards ISO 27001, NIS 2, SOC 2
• Administration and further development of our Atlassian environment (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Support in IT projects related to digitalization and process optimization

Who you are

• Ongoing studies in an IT-related field (or comparable experience)
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (e.g., Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint) is an advantage
• Interest in automation, IT governance, and modern cloud architectures
• Initial experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or scripting (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus
• Technical understanding of networks (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, firewall) is desirable
• A structured and independent way of working
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in solving technical problems
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
