Your Mission

You are the primary face of our company on the phone and in direct exchanges. As an ambitious Sales Development Representative (Opener/Setter), you conduct strategic initial conversations with decision-makers of D2C shops and understand that sales is never about simply rushing through a script. Thanks to your outstanding communication intelligence, confident peer-level presence, and strong consultant personality, you know how to uncover true bottlenecks and spark genuine excitement for a partnership. (Note for career changers: You do not need years of sales experience or prior e-commerce background. What matters most to us is your unstoppable drive, excellent articulation, engaging personality, and the absolute will to kick-start your career in B2B sales).

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• First-Contact & Dialogue: Conduct sophisticated initial conversations with warm, marketing-generated leads, guiding prospects smoothly toward a sound decision.
• Discovery over Pitch: Focus on business models, key figures, and real bottlenecks of your conversation partners before presenting any solutions.
• Qualification with Backbone: Consistently decline unqualified appointments—here, quality applies strictly over quantity.
• Pipeline Ownership: Maintain a clean CRM and execute diligent follow-ups so that no lead falls through the cracks.
• Industry Presence: Occasional participation in trade fairs, congresses, and live events for direct access to decision-makers and top industry speakers.
• Career Growth: Clear upward trajectories moving toward closing roles or into strategic/leadership positions based on your performance.

What You Bring (Profile)

• Personality & Demeanor: A confident, proactive, intelligent, and highly coachable nature with a strong consultant mentality and executive-type presence.
• Communication Skills: Fluent, flawless, and polished German communication (both verbal and written) with high conversational intelligence.
• Ambition & Drive: Strong self-motivation, absolute ownership, and the internal standard to drive things forward without needing someone else to push you.
• Mindset: High discipline, resilience, and the ability to handle pressure and objections constructively.
• Background: You either bring initial sales experience—or you convince us as an ambitious career changer with the perfect blend of personality, potential, and grit. (E-commerce experience is not required).
