Working Student - Founders Associate (m/f/d)

Your Role

Our goal is to pioneer the world into a net-zero energy system, by deploying energy storage to support renewable energy sources.
With your support we make the STABL technology known and spread our vision. Entering the market and rapidly growing turnover means constant, solution-oriented adaptation of work processes and the best possible automation in an environment without existing, encrusted structures.

Your mission

• Work directly with our leadership team with a broad range of tasks (e.g. preparations of meetings, communication, organization of events, preparing board presentations, market research).
• Create professional powerpoint presentations that convey the intended message in a concise and understandable way (both content presentation and professional design).
• Greatly improve how the intended message is conveyed by crafting memorable and interest-sparking storylines, considering the receiving audience: internal, customers, investors.
• Support founders in strategic and operational tasks and free their capacities for critical tasks and decisions.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. With STABL you can quickly contribute your knowledge and creativity.

• In-progress studies in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology or a similar field.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills, as well as great data visualization skills.
• Experience in market research and analysis, including gathering data and preparing summaries.
• Proficient with storytelling in business environments to make facts more compelling and impactful.
• Skilled in designing and refinementing of powerpoint presentations (both design and content).
• Experience working in a start-up environment or other proof for self-dependent and pro-active work experience.
• Excellent German language skills and fluency in Business English.
