Aufgaben

• Consult and advise logistics leaders with a genuine, impact-driven sales approach.
• Build sincere customer relationships , representing TradeLink with authenticity and insight.
• Partner closely with BDRs , co-create strong opportunities, and sharpen our targeting strategy.
• Collaborate across teams — Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success — to deliver better outcomes.
• Represent TradeLink at events, exhibitions, and webinars to expand our brand presence.
• Shape our GTM strategy , sharing market insights directly with leadership.

Qualifikation

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or comparable roles .
• Track record of winning and expanding key accounts .
• Expertise in consultative, value-based selling and navigating multi-stakeholder deals .
• Curiosity and motivation to learn the logistics and supply chain world and speak the customer’s language.
• High energy, persistence, resilience, and hunger to win strategic deals .
• Fluency in German and English .
