Job Description

• Being strong together : You are part of the new lead management team in DCI: Engagement Marketing
• Take responsibility : You will lead the day-to-day business by reporting and communicating with Infineon's global sales (incl. distribution partners) and marketing community
• Think customer first : You explore new ways through workshops and small projects to support customers on their IFX-journey
• Focus Shape on the future : You launch programs that drive lead generation, lead qualification (MQL) and next steps of conversion
• Reliable work : You will work on the implementation and operationalization of the redesigned lead management process
• Teamwork is dreamwork : You will get the opportunity to join a young, innovative team that is trying to push the boundaries

Your Profile

• Study field :
• You are currently studying Economics, Marketing or a related field of study with focus on Digital Marketing topics
• Know-how : You have an affinity for Digital Marketing, Data and Tools like Google Analytics, Eloqua, Confluence and/ or Tableau
• Skills : You are proficient with MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word and Power Point
• Experience : You worked with digital campaigns before and terms like customer journey ring a bell. As a plus, you have already had touchpoints with Sales Teams in any form
• Way of working : You have creative ideas and are happy to communicate with colleagues across various domains (i.e. emails, regular Video Meetings, Newsletter, Trainings etc.)
• Personality : You are a team player with a positive attitude, energy to drive topics on your own and are an enthusiastic fast-learner with a hands-on mentality
• Language skills : You have good written and spoken proficiency in English.
