Through two high-impact rotations, you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have: * A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA optional). * At least 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders. * Proficiency in English and German. * Legal right to work in Europe and in the country of application (without sponsorship). * Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program. * Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making. * Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges. * Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments. * Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions. ## **Program Details** * **Start Date:** 1 October 2026 * **Duration:** 36 months * **Locations:** Munich, Germany ## **The German market offers you** * Flexible workplace with the opportunity to work up to 60% from home. * 30 days’ vacation entitlement. * High motivation, commitment, and dedication are a given for us—but it goes without saying that we pay above-average and fair salaries, regardless of gender.
