Regionalleiter Oncology/Hematology (all genders) - Region Süd-Ost
AbbVie seeks a Regional Director for Oncology and Hematology in the South-East region to lead a team and execute national sales and brand strategy at the regional level. The role combines team leadership, strategic market planning, and cross-functional collaboration during an active phase of oncology business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop regional team through coaching, feedback, and structured development conversations
- Translate national sales and brand strategy into regional actions and priorities based on market analysis
- Manage account planning, analyze sales and market data, and drive regional optimization initiatives
- Own regional sales targets and budget responsibility; ensure integrated use of personal and digital channels
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and other functions to integrate regional customer insights into strategy
Requirements
- Completed degree in natural sciences, pharmaceutical sales training, or equivalent qualification
- Multiple years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales and proven leadership experience
- Expertise in oncology, hematology-oncology, or comparable specialized pharmaceutical markets preferred
- Demonstrated coaching and employee development experience with clear and empathetic leadership
- Proficiency with CRM systems, digital tools, analytics applications, and change management experience
- Fluent in German and English; willing to travel extensively
