• identify, assess, measure, and monitor cybersecurity risks by conducting hands-on assessments of processes and established security controls
• analyze security gaps, investigate their root causes, and support the development of sustainable improvement measures
• prepare and execute cybersecurity audits across IT systems, products, services, manufacturing environments, and software development organizations
• evaluate technical and organizational controls and communicate key observations and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
• translate technical findings into actionable management information to support risk-based decision-making
• assess cybersecurity aspects of innovative digital products, software development lifecycles, and modern cloud environments
• review cybersecurity governance structures, policies, and processes, including incident handling, threat detection, vulnerability management, and related security disciplines
• collaborate closely with security specialists to address identified challenges and improve cybersecurity solutions
• contribute to the continuous development and effectiveness of cybersecurity audit and assessment methodologies
• monitor emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats and evaluate their potential impact on complex digital environments

Be our forward thinker
YOU...

• hold a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a comparable field
• bring practical experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, cybersecurity audit, risk management, or related consulting environments
• ideally have experience within industrial environments, professional services, consulting organizations, or audit-related functions
• possess a solid understanding of cybersecurity risks, controls, governance frameworks, and security assessment methodologies
• have experience in one or more of the following areas: identity and access management, application security, cloud security, network security, vulnerability management, incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security, or secure software development
• demonstrate a strong interest in current cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and evolving technologies
• possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• bring solid project coordination or project management capabilities
• are willing to travel internationally and work within a remote and collaborative environment
• communicate fluently in English; German or additional languages are considered an advantage
