Working Student (f/m/d) - Revenue Operations Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Working student (f/m/d) - Revenue Operations Data Analyst responsible for assisting Revenue Operations department (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in driving operational excellence. We would be happy to meet with you if you are interested in turning revenue data into high‑value, actionable business insights. You will be mainly responsible for KPI definition, reporting automation, advanced dashboarding, developing and improving cross system connections between marketing, sales and finance.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent KPI definition (pipeline, forecast, ARR, bookings, win rates, conversion rates, …).

• Connect cross functional systems and data sources (CRM, Marketing automation, Finance data, customer usage data) to ensure one single source of truth.

• Design and maintain data workflows, rules, transformations and refresh cadence.

• Build advanced dashboard to support Revenue operations at all levels (individual, sales managers, CRO) as well as top management (CFO, CEO). Main areas to be covered: pipeline performance, forecast, comparisons (achieved vs snapshot), sales performance, marketing to revenue conversion.

• Ensure dashboards are consistent, accurate, user friendly.

Requirements

• Analytics profile with solid SQL, data modeling, BI / dashboarding expertise

• Demonstrated curiosity and understanding of the must have SaaS revenue KPIs

• Ability to work in a highly multicultural and international environment

• Good English skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and new process definition / implementation

• Experience in SaaS or fast‑growing technology environments as data analyst is a plus
