Role Overview

The organization is seeking a Project Lead to support German SMEs in adopting digital and AI-driven solutions. You will guide clients through transformation programs, help identify value-creating opportunities, and manage projects end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Transformation Leadership

• Lead transformation projects, workshops, and stakeholder processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for SME clients.

Strategic Consulting

• Identify and prioritize valuable use cases.
• Help design scalable operating and governance models.

Partnerships & Scaling

• Build relationships with associations and industry partners.
• Support scaling of programs across the SME ecosystem.

Product & Solution Development

• Contribute to the development of scalable services and tools.
• Help shape repeatable processes for client delivery.

Business Development

• Identify new opportunities within SMEs.
• Support long-term client engagement and proposal development.

Team & Thought Leadership

• Lead interdisciplinary teams.
• Support internal capability building and strategic topics.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in business, technology, or similar field.
• Several years’ experience in consulting, digital transformation, project/product management, or related roles—ideally with exposure to AI or emerging tech.
• Strong mix of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and hands-on execution.
• Proven business development and client relationship experience.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a clear business context.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in German and English.
