Your Job

• As the Business Owner Marketplace & Retail Media, you'll be at the heart of our strategic initiatives and our Operations as the eCommerce retailer for families.
• Lead Projects with Precision: Drive projects to completion across various teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our goals.
• Champion Our Marketplace Vision: Serve as the representative voice of our marketplace and retail media businesses, advocating for their potential within the company.
• Masterful Coordination: Be the 'spider in the web' the crucial link who understands the intricacies and draws insightful conclusions to propel our success.
• IT Team Liaison: Coordinate with our IT team from a business perspective, translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Skillfully manage all stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication across departments.

Your Profile

• In-Depth Knowledge: You possess a good understanding of eCommerce in general. Knowledge of the marketplace business and/or retail media is a strong advantage.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think and abstract on a high-level and monitor trends to develop solutions that bring value to our business.
• Communication Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, you articulate ideas clearly and negotiate effectively with management and within the teams.
• Problem-Solving Aptitude: You thrive in identifying challenges and crafting creative solutions.
• Positive and Collaborative: Bring a 'Can-Do' attitude and relish make yourself part of any team you will work with.
