We help organizations worldwide boost engagement, retention, and professional growth - and now we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the global content plan with focus on speed, quality, and consistency; create, edit, and repurpose content across formats and channels
• Turn product capabilities and customer insights into clear, compelling, buyer-relevant narratives that simplify complex topics
• Deliver conversion-focused content across the full funnel, aligned to buying journeys and supporting campaigns and ABM
• Own and scale social media and external presence (LinkedIn, Reddit, G2), including formats, cadence, and thought leadership to build market credibility and increase pipeline impact
• Maximize reach through continuous distribution and repurposing
• Use AI to scale content creation, insight extraction, and repeatable workflows
• Optimize for SEO and AI-driven discovery with structured, scannable, reusable content
• Track performance across engagement, conversion, and pipeline; continuously test and improve what works

What we look for

• Native English speaker with excellent writing and editing skills
• 5+ years in B2B content marketing (SaaS/tech preferred)
• 5+ years experience in social media strategy, planning and execution, especially linkedin
• Strong experience across long-form, campaign, and social content
• Proven ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives
• Strong understanding of modern B2B content. Audience-driven, distribution-led, and performance-oriented
• Execution-focused, highly organized, and able to manage multiple parallel projects
• Data-driven mindset with working knowledge of SEO, AI visibility, and content performance
