What awaits you at Mynaric

• Design, implement, document, and test embedded software for our laser communications terminals.
• Develop drivers, platform software, and reusable modules for multiprocessor systems.
• Perform hands-on integration and tests with lab equipment on target hardware.
• Collaborate closely with electronics, control systems, and FPGA teams across all development phases, from ideation through bring-up and verification.
• Work in an international, fast-paced environment.

What you bring with you

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical engineering, or related field.
• Quick learning and attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of real-time embedded systems (CPUs, buses, DMA, cache, timers, interrupts, peripherals) and communication protocols (UART, SPI, CAN, Ethernet).
• Excellent knowledge of logic analysers, oscilloscopes and protocol analysers.
• Clear and ​deep understanding of hardware abstraction layers and middleware. ​Experience with robotic or automotive frameworks such as ROS and AUTOSAR is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics and thrive in multi-disciplinary teams.
