We are looking for a **CRM & Loyalty Architect** with deep expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365** Customer Engagement and Power Platform to design and deliver best-in-class customer engagement solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading architecture, implementation, and pre-sales activities across CRM and loyalty initiatives. You will combine **architect-level technical expertise** with **client-facing consulting skills**, helping organizations transform their customer experience through scalable and innovative CRM ecosystems. ### Your Job at Merkle: * Lead the architecture and design of CRM & Loyalty solutions based on **Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights)** and **Power Platform (Dataverse)** * **Translate client business** needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing solution architectures * Define and implement integration patterns between **Dynamics 365 / Dataverse** and surrounding systems * Lead or support **Dynamics 365 migration programs**, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy platforms * **Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)** in client engagements, delivery projects, and pre-sales activities * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams * Provide technical leadership and governance across the full delivery lifecycle * Support solution design during RFPs, proposals, and client pitches * Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks * Identify risks and define mitigation strategies for complex CRM implementations * Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft ecosystem innovations and industry trends ### Your Skills for Merkle: * **Architect-level expertise** in **Microsoft Dynamics 365**, especially: * **Dynamics 365 Sales** * **Dynamics 365 Customer Insights** * **Dataverse** * Understanding and hands on experience with various **Azure service, mainly Service bus, Event hub or Azure Functions** * Hands on experience with **different migration tools and ETLs** (i.e. Azure Data Factory, KingswaySoft) * Strong knowledge of **CRM architecture principles**, including data models, security, and scalability * Proven experience with **integration patterns** (APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, etc.) * **Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 migrations and transformation programs** * Experience working in **client-facing roles**, including workshops, stakeholder management, and advisory * Familiarity with **Success by Design methodology** * Experience and knowledge of running discovery workshops with customers from different industries * Ability to contribute to pre-sales and business development activities * Strong understanding of end-to-end CRM and customer engagement ecosystems * Excellent communication and presentation skills ### Nice to Have * Experience with **Salesforce or other CRM platforms** (strong plus) * Experience in **multi-system landscapes and enterprise architecture** * **Microsoft certifications** (Dynamics 365, Azure) ### Languages * Excellent communication skills in **both German and English** **What’s in It for You?** **Global Perspective:** As part of a dentsu company, collaborate with over 70,000 talented colleagues across 145 countries to drive innovation on a global scale. **Flexibility & Balance:** Enjoy hybrid work models, adaptable hours, and home office options. **Inclusive & Supportive Culture:** We celebrate diversity and foster a respectful workplace where every team member’s unique perspective is valued, and everyone is welcome. **Well-balanced reward package:** We offer competitive salaries, volunteer days, wellness days, modern offices, and a multi-cultural environment that fosters creativity and innovation. **Innovation-Driven Work:** Contribute to projects that are reshaping industries and driving transformation with next-generation technologies and strategies. **Purpose-Driven Culture:** Be part of an organization that fosters sustainable growth for brands, people, and society—where every contribution makes a meaningful impact. **Growth Opportunities:** Expand your skills through training, mentorship, and data-driven projects that reshape customer experience and business outcomes.
