RF Test Instrument Hardware Development Engineer (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Responsible for the developing next generation RF/Microwave and Electronic solutions for test& measurement
• Circuit design, simulation, and debugging of low phase noise oscillators, frequency sources, synthesizers, RF/microwave building blocks (amplifiers, detectors, mixers, couplers, filters, up/down conversion), integrated microwave assemblies, and subsystems
• Participate in the selection and evaluation of key components, and complete schematic and PCB design
• Prepare relevant technical documentation, including design proposals and test reports
• Track the latest industry trends and participate in new technology research and development

Your areas of expertise

• Master's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering or related fields, with at least 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in low phase noise oscillators, frequency sources, and synthesizers
• Experience with RF/Microwave components, blocks, subsystems, or systems
• Proficient in using at least one EDA tool, such as ADS, HFSS, CST, or COMSOL
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, responsible and detail-oriented, with strong learning and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in RF test instrument developing is preferred
• Familiarity with microwave frequency synthesizer or Power Meter or Vector network analyzer design is preferred
• Experience in Uncertainty Analysis and Evaluation of RF Measurement and digital signal processing algorithm is preferred
