Our Regional Marketing team drives brand growth and customer engagement across more than 80 markets in the Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa region. We collaborate closely with global headquarters, regional stakeholders, and local markets to develop impactful marketing strategies, launch campaigns, accelerate digital transformation, and explore innovative applications of Artificial Intelligence in marketing. You will gain hands-on experience shaping regional marketing activities while contributing your own ideas and perspectives.

What awaits you?

• You support the Regional Marketing team in developing, coordinating, and executing strategic marketing initiatives across the APEEA region.
• Furthermore, you contribute to projects spanning Brand, Strategy & Communication, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, and AI-powered marketing transformation.
• In addition, you assist in planning and implementing regional and market-specific marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Moreover, you help create presentations, management reports, decision papers, and communication materials for senior stakeholders.
• You also conduct market, competitor, customer, and trend analyses to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Additionally, you support evaluating and piloting emerging AI solutions and digital tools that improve marketing effectiveness, productivity, and customer engagement.
• Beyond that, you collaborate with regional and central teams on digital marketing topics, content planning, customer journeys, and performance tracking.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Business, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in brand management, marketing strategy, digital transformation, and emerging AI applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented style.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with digital marketing, analytics, or AI tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic international environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with intercultural awareness and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage.
