Key Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding & PPC Strategy: Serve as the primary operational point of contact during new client integrations while creating customized pay-per-click framework plans.
• Proactive Client Engagement: Execute systematic outbound calling campaigns across your client assignments to educate account holders, foster trust, and boost business expansion.
• Needs Assessment & Custom Setup: Analyze customer business targets to design bespoke, high-efficiency account structures that yield rapid commercial returns.
• CRM & Portfolio Management: Maintain pristine, comprehensive logs of all customer conversations, interactions, and profile notes within internal customer relationship software.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key account analytics and deliver strategic, actionable performance reviews directly to client leaders and stakeholders.
• Funnel & Content Integration: Guide accounts in connecting Google Ads platforms with end-to-end sales funnels, refining landing page execution and audience segment testing.
• Market Feedback Loop: Relate local industry shifts, competitive findings, and regional buyer sentiments from Germany back to internal product and strategy teams.
