Member of Commercial Staff
About the Role
This is a commercial role on a small, fast-moving team building software for industrial battery storage in the European energy market. You will own the full customer relationship, from first onboarding through long-term satisfaction, and play a central part in growing the company's customer base.
What You'll Do
Build and manage relationships with new customers, serving as their primary commercial point of contact.
Develop deep knowledge of the product, the energy market landscape, and the specific needs of each customer.
Own and continuously improve the customer lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a business, commercial, or customer-facing role.
Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency (both are required for day-to-day work).
Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with the confidence to own a customer book independently.
Ability to build product, market, and customer insights and translate them into action.
First experience with or genuine interest in energy markets, renewables, or related regulatory developments.
Comfortable in a small-team environment where you shape processes rather than follow established ones.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 70,000 to 100,000 EUR annually.
Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
