They contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions that meet customer requirements and drive efficiency and productivity.Main responsibilities:Application configuration and installation: Configure the application (data model, modules, settings, etc.) and manage the installation process to ensure it aligns with customer requirements.Implementation of technical solutions: Implement tailored technical solutions according to customer needs and specifications.Testing and quality assurance: Test the customized solutions from a user’s perspective and document the testing procedures to ensure thorough quality assurance.Issue tracking and solution improvement: Track, document, and manage customer issues, work with development teams to find quick solutions, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the solution’s quality.Support in solution design: Collaborate with the responsible Consultant to help design customized technical solutions that meet specific customer requirements.Solution modification and troubleshooting: Collaborate with the responsible Consultant to make necessary changes and extensions to the implemented solutions, addressing any issues that arise during the project.Technical advisor for consulting teams: Act as a key technical resource for the Consulting teams, providing valuable insights and expertise to support their work.Technical documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation that supports the project and ensures a clear record of processes and decisions.Complex support resolution: Handle and resolve complex support requests in collaboration with the support teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions.What you need to fulfill the roleFluent German and English Language skills are mandatory – French highly appreciated. Prerequisite:databases SQL Server, Oracle, scripting PowerShellMicrosoft technologies Windows Server, IIS, COM+, etc.XMLAptitude and ability to understand and configure software solutions. Detail-oriented with the ability to document procedures accurately. Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in the field of solution implementation and support. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with construction industry processes and terminology is a plus.
