Leading companies like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, ZF, Schaeffler, Aumovio , and TÜV Rheinland rely on our software every day. Our six-person Sales & Marketing team serves over 100 enterprise customers . Our ambition is to become the category leader in AI-driven regulatory compliance. To get there, we need to take our commercial engine to the next level.

As our Revenue Operations Manager , you'll own the entire revenue engine from the first signal of customer interest to closed deals, billing, and renewals.

This isn't about maintaining a CRM or building reports. It's about rethinking how we operate, connecting our tech stack, building AI-powered workflows, and creating a world-class revenue engine that scales as fast as we do.

What you will do

• Own and consolidate our GTM stack, keep it clean and scalable, and add new tools only where they add real value.
• Connect systems via APIs and webhooks so data flows seamlessly from first contact to invoice.
• Automate the full journey from prospecting and outreach to onboarding , including enrichment, routing, follow-ups and handovers to Solution Engineering and Customer Success.
• Build AI agents for account research, meeting prep, follow-ups and call summaries.
• Build HubSpot dashboards and reliable forecasting, tracking ARR, conversion, pipeline velocity, retention and expansion.
• Surface expansion opportunities in existing accounts and streamline quoting, contracting and billing with Finance.
• Give our founders actionable insights and keep challenging how we work.

Your profile

• Min 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM O perations, Marketing Operations or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Clear track record in working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, including workflows, integrations, automation and reporting.
• Experience with modern GTM and automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms.
• A good understanding of APIs, webhooks, data integrations and how different SaaS systems work together.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in SaaS metrics, revenue reporting and commercial performance.
• Curiosity about AI and how AI agents and intelligent automation can transform commercial processes.
