Agency Partnerships Manager (DACH) - Munich

TikTok’s Agency Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across DACH, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging, we create a seamless experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands.Revenue Partnerships- Strategically establish and manage client partner-focused relationships with agency holdings and large media agencies- Work with crossfunctional teams to find the perfect holistic solutions for our clients and collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering and sales- Ensure clients get the highest level of sales and customer service, including excellent education (individually and at scale)- Retain and grow revenue from agencies, always looking for new opportunities in close partnership with stakeholders within agenciesCampaign Planning and Management- Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customised and helpful to the agencies' client business- Brainstorm, identify and implement advertising solutions on TikTok to deliver measurable results for clients- Partner with cross-functional teams to help implement complex media strategies- Manage internal account operations including account set up for new agency accountsMinimum Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications- +5 years experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising experience- 3+ years of experience working with Big5 Agencies- 3+ years of media planning expertise and advertising effectiveness/measurement- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and bidable form of digital advertising buying- Proven ability to establish relationships with advertisers, agency and C-level relationships- Track record of delivering and exceeding revenue goals- Candidates must possess C2-level German proficiency in both written and spoken communicationPreferred Qualifications:- Excellent presentation skills- Self-starter, early adopter, fast learner.Req ID: A101558A
