Weâre looking for a proactive Person (m/f/d) who supports us to keep our office running and our team happy. Youâll help to maintain an organized and welcoming office environment where people enjoy coming to work. As a fast-growing startup, we value a hands-on mindset, reliability, and willingness to support the team in creating a smooth day-to-day workplace experience.The day-to-day
- You'll keep our office organized, tidy, and well prepared so everyone can do their best work. Coffee machine, dishwasher, daily routines â the small things that make a big difference.
- Snacks, drinks, office essentials â you'll keep maintain stock levels and replenish supplies so the team never runs low on what they need to stay fueled and focused.
- From assisting by service provider coordination to waste management, you'll help to keep everything in the right place at the right time.
- You will assist with office rearrangements, new workspace setups, and facility improvements projects, helping to ensure everything is prepared and in place.
You should apply if you
- You're looking for an Minijob between monday to friday
- You're confident in English at C1 level, and speak German at minimum B2 level.
- You bring structure to everything you do: organized, reliable and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- You don't wait to be told twice. You spot what needs doing and just take care of it.
- Whether it's your own team or an external partner, you communicate clearly and make collaboration feel easy.
