Your mission

• Achieve industry-leading multiplexer performance, through novel Multiplexer topology research or synthesis methodology research or co-designing with acoustic physics expert
• Or Achieve high performance resonator, through novel mode, material, stack, or IDT structure
• Or Achieve accurate simulation of nonlinearity and power handling
• Or Achieve low-cost, miniaturized package through novel process research

Your areas of expertise

• M.Sc. degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Ph.D. is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in TC-SAW/TF-SAW filter design and development.
• Or 10+ years of experience in acoustic resonator optimization methods, having unique insights in high Q-value, high Kt2, Low TCF and high-power handling features.
• Or 10+ years of experience in acoustic resonator material research and development, including piezoelectric materials, electrode materials and substrate materials.
• Or 10+ years of experience in modeling and simulation, familiar with the development of acoustic filter simulation tools based on FEM, COM or BVD models.
• Or 10+ years of experience in acoustic filter advanced process research and development, familiar with pre- and post-processing mass production techniques for filter manufacturing.
• Good at teamwork, international team coordination, and good cooperation skills. Available for business travel on request.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
