You'll make an impact by

• You support our IT Operations team in monitoring and maintaining AI-based solutions within our IT infrastructure
• Additionally, you assist in automating existing workflows and processes by leveraging modern open source monitoring tools and programming in Python
• As you collaborate with IT Service Owners, System Administrators, and Developers, you actively contribute to optimizing our on premise, cloud, and edge services
• Furthermore, you help document your findings and share knowledge within the team to foster an environment of continuous improvement

This is how you'll win us over

• Education : You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Experience and Skills :
  • Familiarity with Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces and agent-based approaches
  • Basic knowledge of open source monitoring tools and their application
  • Experience with Python, Unix/Linux, and Windows operating systems
• Ways of Working : You work independently, enjoy collaborating in international teams, and have a strong interest in IT and AI technologies
• Languages : Very good written and spoken English skills
