Founder's Associate - Enterprise Deployments (Recent Graduate) | ClimateTech

Intro

carbmee is seeking a Founder’s Associate to act as the strategic and operational engine behind the build-out of our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) department. This is a high-leverage role designed for a highly motivated operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be the primary partner to leadership in bridging the gap between product and outcome, ensuring that as we scale, our platform continues to deliver unique, high-ROI results for the world’s largest manufacturing giants in Automotive and Defense.

In this role, you will pivot daily between hands-on execution and C-level engagement. You aren't just observing the growth of a department; you are co-architecting it. You will gain direct, hands-on experience leading your own enterprise deployments, working at the coalface of global supply chains to ensure our technology translates into industrial action. Beyond individual projects, you will be instrumental in building the entire system - from internal delivery frameworks to scalable deployment playbooks - that will power our global expansion.

We are looking for an individual with the analytical rigor to dive into Python and SQL and the strategic mindset to design the operational infrastructure of a generational company. Whether you come from a top-tier technical consulting background or have sharpened your skills in a rapid-scale startup, you bring an "owner’s mentality" to every task. This position is exclusively onsite in our Munich hub, offering the intensity and collaboration that only a dedicated, in-person environment can provide. Your tasks

• Own Enterprise Success: Lead your own portfolio of Tier-1 clients, managing end-to-end deployments to ensure high-ROI outcomes for global manufacturing leaders.

• Co-Architect the FDE Playbook: Design and implement the scalable frameworks, processes, and delivery standards that will define the FDE department as we grow.

• Direct Founder Partnership: Act as the strategic right hand to one of our founders, collaborating on high-stakes priorities and bridging the gap between vision and execution.

• Shape the Product Roadmap: Translate hands-on deployment insights into technical requirements, directly influencing the evolution of the carbmee platform

Your profile

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, banking, or a high-growth startup operations role.

• Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with data, metrics, and structured problem-solving; able to turn messy situations into clear plans.

• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, prioritise under pressure, and drive to outcomes in ambiguous environments.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - equally effective with engineers, consultants, and C-suite executives.

• A bias for action: you figure things out, then build a process so it never needs figuring out again.

• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

• Passion for sustainability and technology - excited to be part of building the infrastructure for global industrial decarbonization.
