SAP S/4HANA, CRM & Customer Management Consultant (m/w/d)

About the position:
A growing IT and digitalization company is looking for an SAP consultant specializing in SAP CRM, Customer Management and S/4HANA.

They support customers in the further development and digitization of their customer management processes, combining professional requirements with technical implementation.

They expect long-term projects, modern SAP technologies and the opportunity to develop further towards project management, team leadership, IT architecture or product responsibility.

Your tasks

• Analysis, optimization and further development of customer management processes
• Development and implementation of solutions in SAP CRM, S/4HANA Customer Management and SAP CX
• Participation in the implementation and further development of SAP S/4HANA and SAP UI5
• Technical design and implementation of individual customer requirements
• Programming and customizing of SAP solutions
• Advising clients on procedural and technical issues
• Developing creative and sustainable solutions for complex requirements
• Close collaboration with customers, project teams and other SAP experts
• Continuous development of our own SAP and consulting expertise
• Long-term assumption of additional responsibilities, e.g. as sub-project manager, team leader, IT architect or product owner

Your profile

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or a comparable technical education
• Experience with SAP CRM and/or SAP Customer Management
• Good knowledge of SAP ABAP and ABAP OO
• Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA, UI5 and/or SAP CX
• Understanding of customer management and business processes
• Experience in consulting or customer-oriented IT projects
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent German skills at C1 level or higher
