You’ll make an impact:

• Develop and Integrate Data & AI Strategy : you create a cohesive data and AI strategy for Smart Infrastructure, aligning with both corporate directives and individual Business Unit needs.- Foster Collaboration & Leverage Assets : you will identify and promote cross-Business Unit collaboration to utilize shared technology, data, and AI capabilities, accelerating development.- Monitor Value & Identify Opportunities : your task is to track the business value of AI and data initiatives, pinpointing areas for improvement and new opportunities.- Implement Data Governance : you will also establish and oversee policies for data access, ownership, and compliance across all Business Units.- Bridge Gaps & Champion Innovation : you identify AI capability gaps, work to close them through shared resources or investments, and champion new AI tools and approaches with prototypes and demos.

Your defining qualities

• Education - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience & Skills - 2–5 years of relevant experience at the intersection of data & AI strategy and hands-on technical work, ideally within a B2B technology product environment- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive AI and data strategies including governance, prioritization, and value realization across complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.- You've built something with ML/AI before, you're comfortable on a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or similar), and you actively explore and promote new tools.- Experience working in or with B2B technology environments, understanding how data and AI translate into product value and customer outcomes
