Your mission

As a Manager – Logistics Strategy & Transformation, you act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner for our clients. You develop future-oriented logistics strategies, support transformation programs in the role of trusted advisor, and guide your clients through all phases of their digital development – from identifying strategic potential to managing large-scale change and transformation initiatives.

You bring in-depth expertise in logistics and supply chain management, an excellent understanding of market trends and technologies, and a confident demeanor when dealing with decision-makers. Together with a global network of experts, you will position Accenture as a leading partner for the logistics of the future.

This is what you can expect

Leading strategic consulting projects in the logistics sector.

You analyze end-to-end processes, develop target visions, strategies and roadmaps, and manage transformation programs from a clear strategic consulting and control perspective – without getting involved in the technical implementation yourself.

Act as a trusted advisor at the C-level.

You guide clients through complex change processes, advise them on strategic decisions, develop business cases, and support them in identifying the right partners, technologies, and priorities.

Developing business relationships and expanding accounts.

You identify new opportunities, develop sales strategies, manage sales processes from opportunity identification to contract signing, and ensure sustainable growth through cross-selling and upselling.

Leading and developing interdisciplinary consulting teams.

As a mentor and leader, you will support the further development of our consulting portfolio. You will mentor junior and senior consultants, promote skills development, and actively drive thought leadership.

Setting innovative impulses for the logistics of the future. You actively

shape trends such as digital twins, end-to-end visibility, smart warehousing or integrated transport networks and strengthen Accenture's market position through publications, lectures and customer formats.

We're looking forward to it.

• You have several years of consulting experience (at least 6-8 years) in the logistics, supply chain or operations environment, ideally with management responsibility.
• You have in-depth knowledge of SAP EWM and combine this with strong process and strategy knowledge as well as a good understanding of typical logistics IT landscapes (e.g. SAP TM); no implementation responsibility.
• You have experience in leading strategic consulting projects and managing large transformation initiatives.
• You possess strong leadership skills and experience in team development and stakeholder management .
• You are an experienced contact person for internal and external stakeholders and impress with your communication and presentation skills in German (at least C1) and English.
• Your professional background is based on a successfully completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, logistics, supply chain management) or a comparable field.
