Founder's Associate Intern (f/m/x)

To develop a brand-new software module from scratch - from the first product decision to go-to-market, marketing rollout, and sales motion, we are looking for a Founder's Associate Intern (f/m/x).

This role sits at the center of one of the most demanding and exciting things a startup can do: launching something entirely new.

We're not looking for someone to support a team. We're looking for someone to build with us.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the zero-to-one development of a new software module alongside the product and engineering team - from early concept to shipped feature.
• Own the go-to-market strategy: define positioning, shape the narrative, and coordinate the marketing and sales launch end-to-end.
• Build and manage key partnerships and business development initiatives that support the module's market entry.
• Identify and close execution gaps across product, marketing, and sales - whatever needs to happen to move the launch forward.
• Contribute to operational processes and internal tooling that help Tanso scale as we grow.

Your profile

• You think like a founder: you're proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and take ownership without being asked.
• Technical depth that lets you hold your own in product discussions — whether that means contributing directly or bridging the gap between engineering and business.
• Prior experience in an early-stage startup, venture context, or a role where you had to figure things out as you went.
• Experience or strong interest in go-to-market, business development, or product management.
• Fluency in German & English (C1 level).
