Working Student Strategic Procurement Electronics & Drives (m/f/d)

Boost productivity in Strategic Procurement with smart tools and analytics.

We are looking for a working student in the field of Strategic Procurement for Electronics & Drives starting as soon as possible.
You will help develop new tools to increase productivity and support various recently relevant strategic procurement topics. In doing so, you will work independently using SAP, PowerBI, Excel & PowerPoint to optimize our global supply chain together with our cross-functional colleagues.

What You'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of your own projects, such as the development and implementation of cross-departmental, data-driven dashboards. You will contribute to the preparation and execution of material group strategies and support strategic initiatives through detailed analysis and implementation efforts. Additionally, you will assist in supplier negotiations, contract awarding, and project-related inquiries. Maintaining and updating Hilti’s global ERP systems will also be part of your responsibilities.

What You’ll Bring

• At least advanced bachelor studies, e.g., in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with technical content, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• Conscientious, proactive working style, team spirit, and quick analytical comprehension
• Excel skills, ideally with VBA programming knowledge
• (Initial) SAP knowledge desirable
• PowerBI knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in initial projects or internships is a plus
• Independent and responsible working style
• Very good German and English skills
• Interest in technical topics
