Which topics can you expect?

• As part of our highly skilled and supportive team, you will immerse yourself in a specific area within the BMW Group. Together, we will identify the field that best aligns with your interests, such as E-Mobility, Research and Development, E/E or Construction.
• Taking responsibility as of day one, you will be dealing with a wide range of tasks and complex topics around innovative technologies shaping the future of mobility sustainably with your team.
• This means, you are involved in developing the next generation of vehicles – from plug-in hybrids to electric motors while driving digitalisation around the vehicle forward.
• Again, depending on your personal background, you will gain deep insights into exciting and complex projects throughout development and processes.
• You may also supervise projects in fields such as Battery Research, Digitalisation or the testing of new components.

What is your professional background?

• A strong academic record in fields such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, (Business) Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering Economics, Biotechnology, Automotive or Production Technology, E-Mobility, Mechatronics or similar.
• At least six months of relevant practical experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above.
• A minimum of four months of studying, working or travelling abroad.

What are your personal skills?

• You are fluent in German and English.
• You approach demanding projects and cross-functional collaboration with passion.
• You take on responsibility with motivation and drive.
• You are open to other people, different cultural backgrounds and new perspectives.
• You master your everyday work with creative solutions and “out of the box” thinking.
