Job Description

• Maintain overall system configuration and enhancements
• Maintain salesforce process, policies, application configuration, and documentation
• Manage instances to ensure data integrity and security
• Assist mass data import/export
• Provide production support for data issues and Configurations
• Troubleshoot production issues and requests related to data and configuration and Monitoring of Integration
• Salesforce org health checks, backup and sandbox management
• Manage permissions/profile/Page layouts etc.

Qualifications

• Salesforce platform knowledge
• Experience in Salesforce Administration
• Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices
• Experience of working on Technical support
• Basic understanding of Apex, Java
• Experience of working on services cloud/sales cloud, Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of ways of integration
• Experience with data loader/workbench etc.
